Lily Chase Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Customized or Personalized Items
Items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable. The only exception is if there was an error on our part (such as incorrect customization or a defect). In those cases, we will gladly remake or replace the item at no additional cost.
